Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate with the project team and act as the site representative of the developer to perform construction site supervision, including site inspection in details, checking of setting out, structural works, builder works, fitting out works, report, interpret and record concisely

  • Oversee the performance of contractors to ensure the required standard is achieved, e.g. construction sequence, workmanship and health and safety, etc

Building Services Engineer

  • Responsible for Hong Kong property development projects including redevelopment works, renovation works, refurbishment, fitting out works and statutory orders, etc. and design coordination with internal and external parties

  • Establish building services system design brief and assist in feasibility study for construction and related projects

  • Monitor and comment consultants’ design drawings and tender documents

Requirements:
